ESPN Sport ScienceFull disclosure -- I work as an editor for espnW.com. But even if I didn't, I'd want to link to this video piece done by ESPN.

It takes skills from NCAA gymnasts Kat Ding, Kayla Hoffman, and Geralen Stack-Eaton and breaks them down, in a -- you guessed it -- scientific way. It's fun to watch and gives you renewed appreciation for how hard it is to do a Yurchenko full or a Pak salto. And those are just the "simple" skills!
