Olympic gold medalists Alexandra Raisman and McKayla Maroney were injured in Ontario, Calif. Sunday night during the second show of the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions.
Maroney went down after a bad landing on a simple layout dismount and was carried off the floor by medics. Seconds later, Raisman peeled off on a toe-on Shaposhnikova release and hit her legs on the concrete because there was not enough matting at the far end of the bars.
While WCVB Boston is reporting that Raisman is "fine", Maroney tweeted about hospital food this morning, leading to the obvious conclusion that she is not okay.
Yikes! Heal fast McKayla, and geez, let's make sure the gymnasts are safe on Tour. With enough mats around the equipment.

OH NO MACK is my favorite gymnast! I wanted to see her on tour. Get better soon! And Aly too!
What were they doing on BARS? They should stick to their best events!! Poor girls, heal quickly!!
So, does this mean we’ll soon see a photo of McKayla being “not impressed with hospital food?”
