Good Form: Full-Twisting Swing Down on Beam

Monette Russo (Australia) shows off nice form on this Rulfova (full-twisting swing down). She has a beautiful toe point and nice straight legs. The slight split is because she is preparing for the next part of the skill: to catch the beam with her hands and "roll down" to a seated position. Though ideally her legs would be together, she shows great form overall on this very-difficult move.
