German gymnast Fabian Hambuechen, competing in front of a home crowd at the 2007 Worlds, nailed his double twisting double layout dismount from high bar to win the gold. It capped off an incredible week for Hambuechen, just 20, who also won a silver medal in the all-around and led the Germans to a bronze medal in the team competition.
