Sixteen-year-old Elizabeth Price (often called Ebee) was one of the alternates to the 2012 Olympic team, placing fourth all-around at the Olympic Trials and fifth at this year's nationals.
Clearly she has serious potential, and she just proved it again with two back-to-back wins at the Stuttgart and Glasgow World Cup competitions earlier this month.
Largely regarded as having the second-best Amanar vault in the world (after McKayla Maroney), Price has power to spare on floor and vault, and does an interesting bar routine as well. With the expected retirement of many of the Olympians and other elites post-London, Price could well be a leader for the US team now and in the future.
